Locally owned and operated in Gurnee, backed by a national production network, focused on one thing: interior signage for building projects.
Lake County Signs is an independently owned and operated Image360 center based in Gurnee, Illinois. Image360 is a registered trademark of Alliance Franchise Brands LLC; the affiliation gives us access to a national production network for materials and fabrication capacity, but every job here is priced, produced and installed by a local, veteran-owned business, not a corporate office.
What we do
We focus on interior signage for building projects: ADA compliant signage, room identification, wayfinding and interior graphics, specified as one coordinated package rather than sold one sign at a time. That work also extends to dimensional letters, lobby signs, door and window graphics, wall graphics and murals, floor graphics, engraved signs and plaques, badges and name plates, and privacy film.
Outside interior work, we also produce vehicle graphics and fleet wraps, trade show and event displays, banners, yard signs and promotional products, and we handle graphic design, installation, site surveys and refurbishment across all of it. If a sign is already on your wall or your vehicle and it’s damaged, faded or out of date, that’s a refurbishment job, not necessarily a full replacement, and we’ll tell you which one it actually needs.
Who this site is for
This site is written primarily for the people who specify and manage signage on a building: facility managers maintaining or upgrading an existing property, and general contractors coordinating a Division 10 14 00 sign package on a renovation or tenant improvement. If that’s your role, our interior signage page is the right place to start.
Local ownership, local accountability
Being an Image360 center means we’re not building our capabilities from zero: fabrication methods, materials and production capacity are shared across the network. But the business you’re working with is local. We’re based in Gurnee, we serve Lake County directly, and the person who quotes your project is the person accountable for the install.
We’re veteran owned. We don’t publish founding dates, staff counts or client lists on this site because we’d rather not overstate what we haven’t independently verified for public claims; what we will tell you plainly is what we do, where we’re located, and how to reach us.
